I try very hard to make sure all my customers are 100% happy, however I am just me, not Walmart and I need to have some rules.  I am happy to accept returns….within two weeks of date of sale AND the product is returned to me in re-sale condition.  Marks on the covers, dog eared pages, coffee stains, etc are not considered re-sale qualities, sorry.  All digital items are sold as is and are nonrefundable and nonreturnable.

Shipping will be within two business days of placing the order, unless otherwise noted at the banner on top of the checkout page noting teaching conflicts.

International sales require a personal invoice, simply send me an email.  Be aware, however that import taxes vary from country to country and are inconsistently applied.  I will put the exact items and price you paid on the customs form.  It is up to you to understand the tax code for your country, and be aware that you may receive an charge to pick up your item.
