Under the Sea
This medium length coat was made for the 2018 SewBatik fashion challenge. The body is acetate with the batik rayon challenge fabric used as accents on the sleeve and collar. I quilted sea turtles, fish, and sea dragons, along with various corals, around the body of the coat. Hobb’s silk batting was used with an acetate lining.
