Mehndi Magic
Created for the 2017 SewBatik fabric challenge. This full length jacket is made of batik rayon, uses Hobb’s silk batting, and is lined with rayon. Gold silk thread is used to quilt freehand Mehndi designs on the black fabric, and octopus buttons were used just because.
